Confirmation
By approving these terms and conditions and thereby confirming your order, this will serve as a binding agreement. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Please read the terms and conditions before placing any orders on naturescollection.eu.
Age Restrictions
Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you must let your parent or guardian know about our privacy policy before you register to use this site or any of this site’s services.
Payment
NATURES Collection accepts all major credit/debit cards. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, PayPal, and Apple, Amazon and Google pay. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. All information is sent securely to NATURES Collection, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorized sources from accessing customer information. Naturescollection.eu does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction.
Taxes
All prices on NATURES Collection are including the applicable VAT tax rate for your country. Please note that customers outside the EU or Norway may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the products reach your country of destination. All such charges are your responsibility. NATURES Collection has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. If you refuse the package for this reason, customs authorities may charge NATURES Collection an administration fee, and this fee will be deducted from the requested refund amount. You may check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. However, we do not guarantee the prices are 100% correct, they are just estimates.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 24 hours on working days, with UPS, DHL or GLS. Delivery time to all EU countries is 2-3 working days, and 2-5 working days to the rest of the world. Once you have received the package, you should inspect the goods. If the package and / or contents are damaged, please immediately contact our customer support. NATURES Collection accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. All shipping times are guiding. International shipping costs vary from continent to continent. The exact cost of shipping is calculated at the checkout stage. The minimum order value to be eligible for free shipping is shown on naturescollection.eu. Customer support is at the customer’s disposal to answer any questions regarding shipping costs on hello@naturescollection.eu.
Returns
We can issue a full refund or issue an exchange for orders returned within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to get a refund of your goods, please use the prepaid return label, sent with your order. Returned goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, and will otherwise not be accepted.
All returns that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected by NATURES Collection. Please note that the customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by NATURES Collection.
Warranty
All products from NATURES Collection come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, please contact customer support at hello@naturescollection.eu.
Coupon Codes Terms
Coupon codes can only be redeemed online. Only one (1) coupon code may be redeemed per user account / per household / per promotion. The coupon code is redeemable on select merchandise only. Coupon codes may require a minimum value purchase. Coupon codes cannot be used in combination with other discounts, coupons, promotions, shipping specials or other promotional offers. Coupon codes must be entered at the cart in order to be applied to your order. Coupon codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.
Competitions and contests
Employees at NATURES Collection cannot participate in competitions. In cases of disputes about the contest terms, NATURES Collection will do the interpretation. Prices cannot be exchanged for other products or cash. All taxes and fees have been paid. NATURES Collection reserve the right to announce the name and city of the winner on the media used by NATURES Collection. By signing up with their email, participants accept to receive newsletters from NATURES Collection. Participants accept the above when participating in the contest by NATURES Collection. Our Facebook/Instagram contests are in no way supported, sponsored or administrated by Facebook or Instagram. The winners of the competition will be contacted directly by email or private message.

All rights, including property rights, copyrights and other intellectual property right in connection with NATURES Collection products, trademarks and other distinctive marks belong to NATURES Collection. NATURES Collection trademarks and other distinctive marks belong to NATURES Collection or NATURES Collection’s suppliers. The customer may not change or remove any statement regarding copyrights, trademarks or any other rights included in NATURES Collection’s products. The customer cannot sell, distribute, license, rent out, lease, lend, pledge or in any other way assign or hand over these licences and rights of use to any third party without the prior written consent of NATURES Collection. It is strictly prohibited to use, reproduce, copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, download, license, enter into database, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, frame, transfer, or sell any content obtained from, through or on this services, in whole or in part.
Force Majeure
We have the right to assert force majeure in the case of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we will attempt to notify you.

Orders & Shipping
We process all orders within 1-2 working days after the order was placed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours after that for your tracking link to update. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation or you have questions about your order, you can always reach out via the live chat or at hello@naturescollection.eu, and we’ll be happy to help!
You can change or update your order as long as it has not been packed and/or shipped. Give us a call at +45 75 801 050 or email us at hello@naturescollection.eu with your order number, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes before the order is packed for shipment.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark.
If you have any issues with your order once it’s left our warehouse, please contact the courier with your tracking number, as they are the best at locating your package. For international shipping, please note that shipping can take up to 1 week to certain countries. If you’re in doubt, just send us a message at: hello@naturescollection.eu together with your order number and we’ll be happy to help you track down your parcel.
If you do not wish to receive your package for whatever reason, you can refuse it and it will be automatically returned to us. Once we have received the package back at our warehouse, we will refund you for your order.

You can choose your shipping method at the checkout, which will give you an estimate for delivery days. When “Free Shipping” is available on your order, it will arrive within 2-4 business days for the EU and 6-10 business days outside of the EU.
We do! We’ve partnered up with CHOOOSE, so for every order placed we offset one hundred kilos of CO2—which is more than the CO2 emissions of production and shipping combined. And this actually makes us climate positive!
Within the European Union no duties or taxes will apply. For international shipments outside the European Union, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that NATURES Collection does not have any control over these fees and cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Yes, we do. Please put in your personal, physical address as the shipping address and choose a close Packstation/pakkeshop from the list in the Shipping Method section at the checkout. Please note that we cannot accommodate orders addressed to a personal Packstation number. The Packstation must be chosen from the list at checkout.
Exhanges & Returns
You can return products for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please make sure all returned products are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags.
If you are returning from outside the EU, please clearly label your package as “RETURNED GOODS”. This is very important as failing to do so will result in being charged local customs, which you will have to pay, and we don’t want that.
We understand that you have to try on our products to know if they fit, but please keep in mind that if there are remnants of makeup, deodorant, and/or perfume on them, we cannot accept the return.
Any order from NATURES Collection will arrive together with a pre-paid return label and formula to ensure an easy return or exchange of your order.
You’re always welcome to return or exchange a product if it does not fit quite right. But please bear in mind that shipping goods back and forth generates unnecessary greenhouse gases that are accelerating climate change. We encourage you to choose your products carefully to avoid unnecessary return shipments.

Our return center is located in Denmark and we process exchanges and returns on a daily basis. Depending on where you sent your return package from, it can take up to 7-14 days for it to reach us, and an additional couple of working days for your parcel to be processed. If you haven’t heard from us, then we either haven't received or processed your return yet. If in doubt, you can always send us an email to: return@naturescollection.eu and we’ll have a look at what’s going on.
Please allow 2-3 working days after we have received your package for your return to be processed, and up to 30 days for your bank to transfer the refund to your account. We will send you an email as soon as your return has been processed and the refund is on its way.
The softness of our products is something our customers love the most, but mistakes can happen during production. If your product is faulty, please contact hello@naturescollection.eu and attach a picture of the faulty product, so we can sort things out.

Clothes, furniture, accessories and more made of fur are products made of natural materials. This makes them a lot more interesting than all of the nondegradable items we buy every day. There are many advantages that comes with wearing and investing in natural fur. One of these are, as many of us already know, that natural skin and fur is of high quality. Of course, fur from wild animals can have scratches and irregularities, but at NATURES Collection we carefully select the fur that matches our brand and individual products, so the material is used as it should and not wasted. This makes our products items of high quality, also because of all the extra work that is put into it. To get to the bottom of this, we have to consider the fact, that wearing fur is wearing something, that was once the skin of a living creature. This makes it a great investment that can last a lifetime if you take good care of it. Another thing, that not many of us think about, is the fact that natural fur equals a clear conscious. Buying these natural materials, you do not have to worry about adding any more nondegradable items to the planet.
We always aim to select the finest and most sustainable materials for our collection. We travel the world for this purpose and we only work with certified suppliers. NATURES Collection has very strict requirements for our suppliers and each supplier must complete our intensive approval program before becoming a supplier to NATURES Collection. We also require certificates and inspection of any product – both in the country of origin and in Denmark. Even after passing our approval program, each NON-EU supplier will be inspected every year to make sure that our ever-increasing high standards and requirements are achieved.
We source products all over the world and have built our collections on materials that are by-products to the meat industry. The original certificates can always be found at NATURES Collection’s head office in Denmark. At the time of writing, we have the following certificates in accordance with our suppliers:

They have the same sustainable vision as us and follow it through by continuously reducing their environmental footprint. These factories also ensure that their workplace is free of child labor and forced labor, their workers are surrounded in a safe working space, paid a living wage, offered employee perks like free lunch and childcare and of course, they are treated with respect at all times. We currently produce in Greece, Poland, Denmark, Brazil, Korea and China.
