Shipping policy
Delivery
All orders are packed and dispatched from our own warehouse in Hedensted, Denmark. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you receive an email with a track & trace link.
Delivery charges
- UPS delivery to your door or to a UPS Access Point within the EU: €10
- UPS delivery to countries outside the EU: €10
- UPS delivery to the United States: free
- Free delivery on all orders of €100 or more
- Denmark: GLS parcel shop, 39 DKK – free on orders of 699 DKK or more
The exact shipping price for your order is always shown in the checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
The expected delivery time depends on your country and is shown in the checkout. During busy periods (sales and holidays) delivery can take a little longer.
Customs and import charges
Prices include VAT. For deliveries within the EU there are no customs charges. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, the destination country may charge import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. Unless stated otherwise in the checkout, these charges are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please write to hello@naturescollection.eu with your order number and, where relevant, photos. We will sort it out with the carrier.
