New Zealand Sheepskin | Short Curly Wool | Rug 90 cm

Feel the high quality and the short, curly wool in this extra soft sheepskin, that fits right into your favorite chair. The quality is easy to feel in the beautiful curls, that appear when the skin is cut. The short length on the curly hair is very resistant to filth. The skin is easy to wipe clean, because the dirt has limited access to the fur. This sheepskin looks a lot like our gothic sheepskin, which is one of the most expensive skins we have. That makes this skin a cheap alternative of high quality.

Sheepskin rugs come in many different shapes, sizes, and colours. Many are on the lookout for a light colour sheepskin as an addition to the living room or the bedroom, but in some cases a dark colour sheepskin is the perfect product. If you have a white or grey chair, then a black sheepskin, such as this short wool rug from New Zealand, is the perfect addition to create a beautiful contrast. These sheepskins have a beautiful natural shine. This makes the sheepskin look especially classy and luxurious. The short natural curls give the sheepskin a quite tidy appearance that compliments the stunning colour.

A great advantage of a sheepskin rug with short wool is how low-maintenance it is. Dust or dirt can hardly be seen on the sheepskin and can easy be removed by shaking it regularly. You can also hoover the sheepskin on the lowest setting to remove more stubborn dust or dirt. Stains can usually be removed with a damp, clean cloth so that your sheepskin looks like new in no time.

When it comes to sheepskin rugs, a special structure and texture is something unique that each sheepskin has. The short curls (1-2 cm / 0.5-1 inch) give the sheepskin a soft feel and tidy optic, and the natural New Zealand wool is sturdy, durable, and strong. The sheepskin rug has premium quality, which means that it has a very thick coat. Compared to a regular quality sheepskin a premium sheepskin has almost twice as many hairs per square centimeter, a feature that especially shows in the short wool variant. The wool covers the whole sheepskin evenly and without any gaps that the leather might shine through. This thickness of the coat together with the softness of the wool and the high durability make the short wool sheepskin rug from New Zealand a wonderful addition to any home.
